Our inspectors

The inspector is emplyed by AFCAI. He has the right to carry out unexpected controls to the different sites controlled by AFCAI. He must ensure and monitor that the slaughter and production process are made under the Islamic law and stop the production line if it is not respected. The inspector works closely with the Quality Department of monitored sites who must provide him with all the necessary information to carry out his control.
The access to the site of slaughter or production workshops should be open for the AFCAI’s inspectors and a uniform must be made available for unannounced checks.
